Richard and Joanne of Murrieta were looking for a way to turn their spare bedroom into a multi functional space. They wanted a work area as well as a comfortable bed for their guest to sleep. Their perfect design included a queen size Murphy bed with matching side cabinets. The beautiful raised panel doors and drawers along with the pair of arched glass doors on each side cabinet gave them the warm inviting look the wanted with the added storage provided by all the adjustable shelving and base cabinets.
On an adjacent wall they designed a freestanding desk with two file drawers, a pencil drawer and cabinet to house their CPU. They completed the office space with a library style built-in bookcase featuring a patriot arch to match the Murphy bed’s side cabinets. The two walls give them the storage, work space and comfortable guest area that they wanted.
In addition to this room Richard and Joanne added a window seat to their kitchen; a desk in their family room and pony wall ledge in the entry.
Richard and Joanne were thrilled with the entire process beginning with the design services of Sherry Buster and ending with their installation crew. Richard wrote “Thank you Woodwork Creations.
